RAJA Italy is looking for an HR Generalist for the Human Resources Team to support the Payroll, Training and Recruiting processes with the aim of consolidating and improving Employer Branding and promoting the attraction and retention of Talents necessary for Business development.


The HR Generalist RAJA is responsible for:
Administration
- Collecting and processing data to be communicated to Studio Paghe for the purpose of preparing pay slips
- Maintaining Human Resources schedules (expiry dates of TD contracts, level changes and salary increases)
- Support in processing, filing and updating personnel administrative documentation (recruitment documents and contractual amendments; Personnel files; MBO and bonus systems)
- Supporting the drafting and updating of procedures, regulations and the collection of documentation required for certifications and audits
- Monitoring and supporting colleagues in the use of the company’s attendance management system (Infinity Zucchetti)
- Supporting colleagues in other functions
- Preparation of reports and personnel statistics both for company purposes and when requested by external bodies (ISTAT, etc.)
- Supporting the Management Control function in processing personnel costs
- Drafting of internal communications on Payroll, Labour Consultancy and Corporate Welfare updates.
Training and Recruiting
- Supporting the organisation, monitoring and recording of open market and funded training plans
- Proactive Recruiting: promotion of collaborations with local institutes and development of the RAJA Italia Linkedin network
- Reactive Recruiting: Supporting external and internal recruiting processes, drafting and publishing job postings, organising interviews and feedback to candidates

- Training in line with the role
- Knowledge of tax, contribution and contractual regulations applicable to personnel administration
- Experience in personnel administration
- Knowledge of the Commercial Tertiary Trade Collective Labour Agreement is appreciated
- 2/3 years’ experience in the role in multinational organisations
The HR Generalist RAJA:
- Has an excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel;
- Has an excellent knowledge of time and attendance management systems;
- Has a good knowledge of personnel contracts and forms
- Has a good knowledge of English and/or French;
- Is predisposed to working in a team
- Has a strong aptitude for analysis, reporting and negotiation
