RAJA Italia is looking for an HR Business Partner to be a strategic point of reference for the business. Supporting the General Management and Level I and II Managers, he/she actively contributes to promoting and integrating organisational efficiency and a participative culture oriented towards people’s well-being.


The HR Business Partner RAJA deals with:
- Collaborate with DGs and Managers to define and implement HR strategies aligned to business objectives;
- Design, implement and develop Talent Acquisition and Retention policies, training and potential development programmes and Performance Management systems to support people growth and engagement;
- Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance;
- Support Management Control in the planning and control of personnel costs;
- Collaborate with the ESG Manager to develop organisational wellness, inclusion and sustainability initiatives in HR;
- Support organisational change and business transformation processes;
- Monitor and analyse HR KPIs to optimise HR management strategies;
- Manage the relationship with HQ to ensure continuous alignment with Group HR policies, contributing to their implementation at local level and reporting any specific business needs.

- Degree in Economics, Law, Psychology or related;
- Previous experience in the role, preferably in dynamic and structured contexts;
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour regulations and organisational dynamics.
The HR Generalist RAJA:
- Has an excellent knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel;
- Has an excellent knowledge of time and attendance management systems;
- Has a good knowledge of tax, contribution and contractual regulations;
- Has an in-depth knowledge of the national collective bargaining agreement for the Tertiary Sector
- Is predisposed to team leading;
- Has a strong aptitude for analysis, reporting and negotiation
- Has excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Grading and economic positioning will be defined in relation to the skills expressed.
