Rajapack.se gets new design – 7 news to discover

Finally we can launch the new rajapack.se – faster, better looking and better optimized for all types of devices. We’re introducing new features that our customers have been asking for, and making it easier for you, the customer, to find exactly what you need. Here we tell you about 7 new features to discover on the new rajapack.se.
1. Award-winning web design
Rajapack AB in Sweden is part of the RAJA Group, which has over 65 years of experience in packaging and is headquartered in France. The design you see on rajapack.se was introduced last year on our French website, winning first prize in the prestigious Trophées E-commerce competition, in the best web design 2021 category.
2. Better mobile website
RAJA’s new website design is responsive, which means we’ve worked to improve the user experience for all devices – computer, tablet and mobile. The result is a better-looking, faster and better-optimised website, whatever your preferred device.
3. Easier to explore the range
Explore RAJA’s entire wide product range quickly and easily through our new expandable menu on the left-hand side of the site. Or use the search box at the top to get straight to the point.
Bonus tip: use our handy Boxselector and Bagselector tools to find the right size boxes or bags for your products!
4. Show the best price directly in the shopping basket
When you shop with RAJA, you often benefit from ordering larger volumes, and the price savings per unit are already shown in the table on the product page. Now you can also see and benefit from this price saving directly in your shopping cart by clicking on the “Buy more, save more” link that appears below the product.
5. One customer account for your entire purchasing team
Are there several people in your company who manage the purchase of packaging, office supplies and warehouse equipment? Now you can invite your employees to your RAJA account and define their roles: administrator, approver or purchaser. As an administrator, you have full control over all your orders with RAJA, and you also have the possibility to set budget limits for buyers so that orders above a certain limit need approval to be confirmed.
6. Ordering by file upload
Already know what reference you need? You can already add a reference directly to your shopping basket by entering the item number. New: now you can also add references to the shopping basket by file upload. This makes it easier if you have a large list of different references you want to order. How to:
- Create a new excel document
- Enter your RAJA references in column A
- Enter your desired quantity (in numerical values) in column B
- Save as CSV file (comma delimited)
- Upload the file on the RAJA website here: Quick Order
- Check your list and add it to your shopping cart, now you can place your order!
Bonus tip: You know that you can easily repeat a previous order? Log in to your RAJA account, find the order inside your order history, and easily add it to your shopping cart again!
7. Turn your basket into a quote
Need internal approval for your order? In the last step of your ordering process on rajapack.se you can download a summary of your shopping cart. The prices you see in this summary are guaranteed for 30 days from the date the file was created, plenty of time to get approval and be able to place your order.
Planning to buy larger volumes? Fill out our online contact form (select the subject “Request a Quote”) with information about the references and volumes you’re interested in and we’ll get back to you shortly with a quote.
Bonus tip: save time by saving the items you are interested in in a shopping list. The shopping list is saved in your account and you can easily download the list as a pdf, send the list by e-mail to a colleague or add the list to your shopping basket.
