Whether you’re sending parcels within Sweden or abroad, we can help you find the right label for the right parcel, all to ensure your delivery is handled correctly throughout the postal process. Below we describe the main packaging labels available in the RAJA range and offer some tips on what you need to consider when sending parcels, which label to use and how to place them.
Packing envelopes protect documents during transport
No matter where your package is going, you need to make sure your documents are kept dry and secure throughout the delivery. Packing envelopes ensure that all documents are in the same condition at the final destination as when you sent the package. Documents can include, for example, the customer’s invoice, a packing slip specifying the contents of the package and address details.
How to use a packing slip envelope?
- Put the document in the packing slip envelope. Our packing slip envelopes are reinforced with stiff, silicone-coated paper, which simplifies insertion.
- Peel off the self-adhesive cover on the back of the packing slip envelope.
- Attach the packing slip envelope to a flat and visible surface on your goods.
With or without printing? Plastic or paper?
Packing slip envelopes are often transparent so that the delivery address is clearly visible on the front. There is a self-adhesive backing with strong glue that keeps the envelope on the package and secure during transport. Tip: choose our environmentally friendly paper packing slip envelopes made from crystal and silicone coated paper. They use solvent-free glue which means they can be recycled along with cardboard.
RAJA has packing slip envelopes in a variety of sizes. Choose from neutral packing slip envelopes and packing slip envelopes with print such as “packing slip”, “invoice” or “documents enclosed”. It depends on your preference, what you prefer. Make sure you have plenty of packing slip envelopes in your warehouse – we recommend using them on all large parcels you send to your customers.
Laser and transport labels for everyday use
Labels are a must for marking packages. Our self-adhesive laser labels are suitable for labelling and can be printed with a standard printer that you probably already have in your office. They stick well and do not stain.
If you need labels that can be transported, choose our neutral transport labels instead, which are ideal for short-term labelling of goods during transport. The transport labels fit most label printers, such as the popular Zebra ZD420, and are supplied folded, on sheets or on rolls.
Warning and symbol labels for special instructions
Before transport, you should always consider whether warning or symbol labels are needed to provide information that may affect the handling of your packages. These labels contain clear instructions or directions for your packages and provide extra security during storage and transport. If you need to label large quantities of parcels, our tip is to use label dispensers to simplify the process of applying labels.
Where should the labels be placed?
If your parcels need warning or symbol labels, it is important that they are placed visibly. They should be placed on several sides and on the largest surfaces of the package to make it clear to anyone handling the delivery. Avoid placing labels over a seam or sealing tape.
The following labels are available in RAJA’s range of warning labels on rolls:

Transport indicators show if your packages have been mishandled
If you need to check if your parcels have been damaged during transport, the transport impact indicator is a good solution. If the box has been subjected to bumps or blows during transport, the indicator changes colour to red.
Choose the colour of the indicator based on the weight and volume of the package to be delivered:
Small consignments under 0.4 m² |
Large consignments over 0,4 m²

|
Up to 22 kg | orange | red |
23 – 112 kg | red | purple |
112 kg or more | yellow | contact us |
In addition to the indicator itself, you can also purchase a label explaining that the box contains an impact indicator, which raises awareness and can have a deterrent effect.
Instead, if you need to check if packages have been dropped or tipped over, opt for an overfill transport indicator. It works in the same way by turning a window red if the indicator is activated, which in this case happens if the package is left lying at 90°. This indicator also has an accompanying, explanatory label you can purchase.
