Find the right air cushion machine for your needs

Why use an air cushion machine?

The packaging material is delivered in compact rolls, which means it takes up significantly less space both in transport to you and in storage, before being filled with air for use by the machine. The packing process is both smoother and faster. At the same time, you become more flexible because you can produce the cushioning, packaging and filling materials yourself – quickly and easily, whenever you want.

The right machine for the right need

Whether you’re self-employed with a small business or in charge of a larger company, there’s an air-filling system for you. From lighter table-top models to larger, higher-capacity machines. What our machines have in common is that they are very easy to use – you simply place a roll on the machine and select the appropriate settings, then the machine is ready to produce your filling material. Your daily packaging needs will define which machine you should consider. Fortunately, there are many good and tailor-made solutions. We take a look at five of the models that we believe are the best on the market and cover most needs:

1. Air models – 10 or 20 metres of material/minute

TheAir air filling system is one of the most compact air cushion machines on the market, and is suitable for those with small or medium-sized needs. It weighs only between 5.6-6.25 kg (depending on the model) and can be easily moved. Because it takes up so little space, it can be used in most places; in the warehouse, in the shop, etc. Capacity depends on the model you choose. The RAJAAIR2 model produces up to 20 metres of air cushions or bubble wrapper minute. For lower needs, you should choose the RAJAAIR1 model instead, which produces a maximum of 10 metres of material per minute.

The Air has the advantage of offering extra environmentally friendly air filling in both paper and bio-plastic. Each type of film/paper contains different types of air cushions or bubble wrap so you can choose the right solution for your products. Thanks to perforations in the foil/paper, the air cushions or bubbles are also easy to tear off.

2. New Air IB Flex – 30 metres of material per minute

New Air IB flex is suitable for larger needs. It is efficient and can produce as much as 30 metres of bubble wrap per minute. The compact design allows the machine to be easily integrated into any packaging line and thanks to the high capacity, you don’t have to worry about finding storage space for large rolls of bubble wrap. You can simply produce on demand.

One roll of foil for the New Air machine is equivalent to as many as 6 rolls of standard bubble wrap (1 m x 100 m) and you can choose from as many as 18 different types of foil. The New Air machine uses a technology that keeps the air in the bubbles better, which in turn means better protection for your products, no matter how long the delivery is. New Air is adaptable, ensuring efficient packaging processes and optimum use of working time. In short: you’ll be sending more packages than ever before.

3. Fill-Air Rocket – 30 metres of material/minute

The Fill-Air Rocket machine is also a good choice for those who pack a large number of shipments. This machine can also produce up to 30 metres of air cushions per minute. That equates to up to 9,000 pillows per hour! With the Fill-Air Rocket you can choose between 6 different cushions and foil in 2 different widths. The foil is perforated, which means you can easily tear the pads apart and use only the exact amount of protection you need.

Fill-Air Rocket is easy to use. Turn it on, put the foil on and start producing cushions. The Fill-Air foil creates air cushions that are durable and ensure stable and lasting protection for your products. This way, your customers get products in impeccable condition, without damage and, not least, without a lot of unnecessary filling that they have to dispose of afterwards.

4. New Air IB Nano – 5 metres of material/minute

New Air IB Nano is a machine for those who do not use a lot of filler. The solution is very easy to install and requires no training. The Nano can produce as much as 5 metres of airfill per minute, which is more than enough for most people who ship a small amount of goods. Choose from 3 different types of film in different models of cushions or bubble wrap.

5. Air First – 3.5 metres of material/minute

Our smallest machine , Air First, produces 3.5 metres of air cushions per minute. This model takes up very little space and works well for those with limited space. Adjust the air filling volume to your needs with the simple control panel. Choose from 2 different types of plastic film with cushions.
