Tips for a shop on sale

But not only that, communicating goes much further and, nowadays, you must combine your physical shop with the actions of your Internet commerce. You don’t need to sell online to have a Facebook account (very useful to publicise businesses locally). If you have a database of your customers, send them a global SMS to their phone or send them an email with an attractive promotion. Remind them that your shop is the right one for their purchases.
  • Prepared products: Correctly labelled, with as much information as possible, within a customer’s reach. Make their purchase as autonomous as possible.   • Your brand present: Many of the customers you are going to have during the sales will be new. Make your brand known.
