Aprovechando la presencia de Rajapack en varios países europeos, hemos realizado una encuesta a nuestros clientes y les hemos preguntado cómo utilizan el móvil en el ámbito profesional. ¿Cómo utilizan el móvil los compradores B2B europeos?
Los daneses son los que más utilizan el móvil profesional. El 75% usan su móvil diariamente.
Lejos de los resultados de España (59%) y Reino Unido, que son los mercados más avanzados en el uso del móvil. La media de los encuestados es del 55% que se conectan regularmente por medio de su teléfono profesional.

what features do you appreciate most in a mobile website?
to the question “Rank the features of a website that you consider most important when browsing with a mobile phone”, most of the people consultedselect first of all an efficient search engine within the website (it was the #1 answer in all countries!) but then opinions differ
- Spanish buyers consider it important to be able to easily repeat an order from the order history.
- The Danes attach importance to a clear and extensive order history.
- The Swedes prefer to have shopping lists (also called wishlists) and to be able to save baskets to finalise the purchase later.
- No preferences that stand out in the other countries.
M-commerce and B2B
when it comes to professional mobile shopping, we were surprised that Spain is in pole position with 72% of respondents having made a professional purchase via mobile in the last 6 months! The European average is around 50%. Professionals in France and Norway are the least comfortable shopping via mobile (40%). Among decision makers (people in charge of a specific budget) a majority have made at least 2 purchases via mobile in the last 6 months. Not surprisingly, professionals who travel the most for work, are the ones who make the most purchases via mobile, always in the professional field. Although the results will vary from one sector to another, it seems clear that the new B2B buyer is increasingly using mobile. Offering them a good browsing and shopping experience will ensure greater loyalty and a preferential position against the competition.
