In our customer testimonials section, today we interview the founder of a benchmark in parapharmacy and pharmacy e-commerce: Satisfarma – Your online pharmacy, Lluís Peidro.
Lluís Peidro founded Satisfarma in 2015, and is the online project of the Beringues Sorribas pharmacy in Sant Cugat del Vallés with more than 40 years of experience. Satisfarma currently has more than 8000 product references online.
lluís, first of all, thank you very much for your attention, could you tell us a little bit about how you met us?
When we created our eCommerce we were looking for a reliable supplier with a wide catalogue to satisfy our material needs. Apart from finding you browsing the internet and looking for packaging, some acquaintances also recommended your services to us.
what do you value most in a supplier?
We value very positively a good customer service, as well as a fast delivery time. We also value that they offer a wide range of products and that they keep adding new products.
what types of packaging do you use at Satisfarma?
We use boxes of various sizes to adapt to the different formats of the pharmacy and parapharmacy products we distribute. We also use kraft paper to fill the boxes if necessary and bubble wrap to protect fragile products, as many products come in glass jars.
In addition, we have incorporated the rajabul padded envelopeswe also have a work table that has helped us to be more efficient and to prepare orders more easily and quickly.
at Satisfarma, have you made or are you planning to make any changes to your packaging to make it more EcoResponsible?
Yes, for some months now we have been considering eliminating our plastic packaging products and replacing them with more environmentally friendly ones based on recyclable materials. We hope to complete this process definitively by the end of the year.
how would you rate the quality of our service?
The service is very good, both in terms of the quality of the products supplied and the staff that attends and advises us. We value very positively the figure of a purchasing advisor, who helps us to choose those products that may be more interesting to use in our day-to-day life.
would you recommend RAJA® to another e-commerce or business?
Definitely yes, it is a leading company, with good prices and excellent service.
► What advice would you give to an e-commerce that is just starting out?
To seek professional advice from their suppliers to select and decide on the most appropriate options for their case. When starting an e-commerce business you think you will have certain needs but these end up varying greatly from the initial idea. Relying on the best professionals always gives good results.
