Repaso to 2015 with Rajapack

2015 has been a year of many changes within Rajapack. We are a very active company in all the fields we touch and we always like to be at the forefront of new trends and try out all the changes. Our aim is always to satisfy our customers’ needs and offer the best possible service. On this basis, we grow and try to improve every year. What has happened again in 2015?

  • Rajaprint: Yes, we’ve probably told you about it several times, but lately we haven’t been talking about it as much as the customers who have tried it, because it’s a very convenient tool, as they tell us. We were the first to offer software capable of customising bags for shops and adhesive tapes with just a few clicks. Now, the user can try different shapes, designs and colours and see the results instantly. They control the process of creating their personalised packaging at all times. Incredible.   • We’ve been on TV: Yes, again, and several times. We love cameras, we admit it, and during 2015 we couldn’t miss our appointment with the TV sets. If you’re a regular on Hormiguero, you’ll have seen us more than once. This year we’ve appeared again a couple of times with our boxes as extras. Less usual is for us to take part in the creation of a programme header, and this year we did, taking part in the front cover of the 60 minuts programme on TV3. And that’s not all. You’re probably starting to hear about our white boxes. They are becoming famous for appearing in the filming of adverts such as the Showroomprivé one.
  • Fromfair to fair: Between Barcelona and Madrid, many of you have been able to see our faces and chat with us for a while. Whenever we can, we attend sector fairs such as Hispack or Empack; or in other sectors such as the eShow. We want to be close to you and get to know each other in person.
  • we chat: Those of you who are regular visitors to the Rajapack.es website will have noticed that, since a few months ago, you have the option of chatting with our customer service agents. In addition to calling or emailing, we have opened a new form of communication so that our customers can choose the most convenient option for each moment.
  • 10 years online: No more, no less. 10 years since the birth of Rajapack.es. To celebrate this anniversary we created a promotion during the month of September in which we gave gifts to our customers through the web and to our followers through social networks. We thanked everyone for their participation and for having become one of the longest running B2B websites in the country and a benchmark in online packaging.
  • Women and the Environment: With the launch of the latest Rajapack catalogue, we showed our commitment to society through the Women and the Environment action, present on the cover, on the website and aimed at supporting groups of women in situations of exclusion thanks to the financing of ecological products. A combination of actions that is allowing us to strengthen our environmental collaboration while doing our bit to collaborate with groups at risk in our society.
