what is the Customer Service of the Year award?

The Customer Service of the Year is a contest where users choose the companies that offer the highest quality customer service in their sector of activity. The contest was born in France 13 years ago, and this is the 9th edition in Spain

On this occasion, 20 companies have been awarded for their quality in customer service. Thanks to this award, RAJA® will use the “Customer Service of the Year” label throughout 2020.

how did we get chosen as Customer Service of the Year 2020 – Specialised Material for Business?

The Leaders in Service company conducted fieldwork between May and August 2019, this methodology is employed by Sotto Tempo Advertising and endorsed by methodological partners Netquest and eAlicia, both of whom are leaders in the market research sector.

This technique combines in a rigorous and transparent way the Mystery Shopper technique (anonymous shoppers) and satisfaction surveys. Mystery Shoppers contact the companies participating in the contest through 130 calls, 50 e-mails, 12 free contacts on the web, 8 through social networks and 5 chats. Moreover, 2000 satisfaction surveys are also carried out with real customers, looking at overall satisfaction, recommendation, use of information, friendliness and overall rating.
