Planeta Huerto and e-commerce packaging [RAJA® customers].

Planeta Huerto es un e-commerce dedicado a la venta de productos relacionados con un estilo de vida más sostenible. Empezó hace 5 años vendiendo los productos necesarios para crear un huerto en casa, con unas 200 referencias. En la actualidad venden todo tipo de productos relacionados con la jardinería, los bonsáis, el bricolaje, la alimentación y cosmética ecológica, productos ecológicos para bebés y niños, el hogar y los animales… Un total de 35.000 referencias y unas 20.000 expediciones de media al mes.

Al tener un catálogo de productos tan amplio, disponer del embalaje adecuado para cada uno de ellos es fundamental.   • Know who your customers are: It is essential to know your target group, so that you can offer them the best products in the way that best suits them.
  • Know who you are: Knowing what your strengths are is essential to focus on them and make the most of them.
  • Think a lot about your customer’s experience: Understand how your customer enters your website and makes the purchase, you must focus on everything that adds value and not disperse on things that do not.
  • Think about fundamental things such as shipping: Both logistics and packaging are key to offer the customer a good service, it is essential that the shipment arrives on time, but also that it arrives in perfect condition.
