Geami WrapPak®► The most original way of wrapping

With this system, you combine two packaging materials: tissue paper and kraft paper. The soft tissue paper provides a colourful finish and protects against scratches. The kraft paper, on the other hand, protects your products from shocks. Due to its unique shape (with a honeycomb pattern), the kraft paper hooks together smoothly, making adhesive tape unnecessary. Both papers come out of the system at the same time and guarantee super-fast packaging.

Are there piles of used cardboard in your warehouse every day? You can give them a second life and turn them into filler paper with a cardboard perforator. Even small metal parts, such as staples, are no problem. Among the RAJA cardboard perforators, you can choose between two models: a table model (for single corrugated cardboard) or a model with wheels (for single, double or triple corrugated cardboard).

System manual FillPak® M ► Void filler

This manual system fits on any packing table. It pulls the pre-cut paper in one smooth movement through the funnel of the FillPak® M. The result is a perfectly folded filling paper that allows you to fill the gaps in a box and fix your products. It is also height adjustable, very light (4 kg) and easy to install on a packing table.

FillPak® Machines ► Void Fillers

With these systems, you automatically produce up to 1.4 m of filling paper per minute (in the form of single-ply folded paper). With the foot pedal you can easily control the production speed. Your hands will always be free, and this will make your work much easier.

PadPak® Machines ► Absorbs shocks

These Ranpak systems are a bit different from what we have seen so far: they do not produce ‘folded’ filling paper but only ‘compressed’. This form allows for much better shock absorption and your (fragile) products will remain very well protected. By the way, the more layers of paper the cushioning cushion contains, the better the protection. Within the PadPak® family of machines, RAJA offers you a selection of these 4 models:
