Today we enter the world of fashion with Marta Carriedo. Marta is a young influencer who, after studying economics and working for a few years in an audit, realised that she needed a change of direction. She left everything to dedicate herself fully to the world of fashion, at a time when the word “blogger or influencer” did not have the meaning it has today.

More than seven years have passed and today we can say that Marta is one of the most recognised influencers and entrepreneurs in our country, with more than half a million followers on Instagram.

She contacted Rajapack eight months ago, very excited about the launch of her online shop martacarriedocollection.com and we are happy to be able to work with her. She ordered three types of custom cardboard boxes, one for each type of product she sells in her online shop. We have arranged to talk to her and she will tell us about her experience with us. ►HelloMarta, first of all thank you very much for attending us, we would like to know how you met us.

hello, thanks to you! For some time I had in mind to launch my own collection and as you know you have to spend a lot of time, not only to materialize the idea you have, but also to find suppliers. It is essential for the image of a brand to have good suppliers. A good friend, who also has an online shop, passed me your contact and once I talked to you I had it clear.

what do youvalue most in a supplier?

The most important thing for me is the quality. I knew that the boxes that my products would go in would have to be of good quality and be able to withstand any knocks that might occur during shipment. We ship all over the world, so I want the product to arrive perfectly whether it is in Spain or in China.

why did you choose these boxes and three different types?

These boxes are very comfortable. They weigh absolutely nothing, which means that my shipments are protected but they don’t cost me an arm and a leg. They are also very easy to assemble and when unfolded, they weigh almost nothing. We wouldn’t have space in the office for other types of boxes, as these are placed on top of each other and allow us to have much more space. I chose these three types because I have products of different sizes. On the one hand, jewellery, as they weigh little, goes in the small boxes. Bottles and candles fit perfectly in the intermediate size and the large ones are used in shipments where there are many products.

why did you choose this design?

I’m always a black and white person. It’s true that when I went to your website to get ideas for the boxes you have, I liked some of them a lot and you helped me choose. But for me, less is more, and in this case, I love the white boxes with the black logo! They are the two colours that define me the most and that people associate with me.

howwould you rate the quality of our service?

Look, one of the most important things for me, as I’m always on the go, is speed. I need fast suppliers when it comes to answering e-mails or calls and sending the order. With you it’s all very easy and fast. With the pace we have nowadays, where everything is yesterday, we can’t afford delays, calls 3 days later, products that arrive badly or simply more than 2 weeks of delivery time. I like the fact that Rajapack is high quality, but also maintains excellence in customer service and in the short delivery times of the goods.
