Jyoko Kids y Jyoko: cómo empaquetan sus pedidos para llegar a más de 80 países [Clientes RAJA®]

In our Testimonials section, today it’s the turn of Janabebé: an e-commerce that sells handmade baby car seat and pram covers, with a special attention to detail. It was founded in Barcelona 6 years ago and already has a presence in more than 80 countries.

They currently dispatch an average of 500 garments a day from their Barcelona warehouse, and have more than 30 workers.

Ángela Sarmiento, manager and founder of Janabebé and Jyoko, invited us to visit their facilities and meet their team. We witnessed first-hand the process of creating their garments, and they showed us how they pack their orders to travel to destinations as far away as Dubai or Alaska! And all this with a double objective: to protect their products and ensure that they arrive at their destination in perfect condition. And also to communicate their brand in each shipment thanks to the personalisation of their packaging. And now, yes, into the video!

what is the role of logistics in your company?

For us, logistics plays a fundamental role, especially for a company based on e-commerce.

The world has changed a lot and any of our products can travel to countries as far away as Dubai, Israel or South Africa.

It really forces us to pay special attention to how we prepare our products for such long journeys.

what is your secret to ensure that your shipments arrive perfect?

Correct packaging is of vital importance to ensure that our products arrive intact at their destination, and that our customers’ experience is the same whether they are in Alaska or Barcelona.
