How to design your own personalised business tape step by step

1. Choose the type of adhesive tape suitable for your needs

When you access the Rajapack customised adhesive tape designer, the first thing we will ask you is what type of tape you need. Choose from these six types

• Economical adhesive tape, made of polypropylene, a simple and light option, with a total thickness of 45 microns, ideal for closing packages of up to 20 kg.
• Silent adhesive tape. Made of silent polypropylene. Very comfortable to handle, manufactured in a technology that allows a quick and silent unwinding.
• Multi-purpose adhesive tape. Made of PVC. Silent and resistant, with a total thickness of 50 microns.
• Coloured adhesive tape. Made of coloured PVC. Perfect for attracting the attention of your customers and promoting brand recall. Available in blue, green, yellow, orange, red and black.
• Ultra-strong adhesive tape. Gummed band. Designed for sealing heavy and bulky packages. Will remain unaltered in high temperature environments.
• Ecological adhesive tape, made of kraft paper and totally recyclable. 100% environmentally friendly.

2. Select the colour, length and width of your personalised adhesive tape

After clicking on one of the six types of adhesive tape available, you will be able to determine its characteristics

1. Length: Depending on the type you have chosen, you can purchase rolls of 66, 132 or 200 metres.
2. Width. 38, 50, 60, 60, 70 or 75 millimetre widths are also available.
3. Colour. In addition to coloured personalised adhesive tapes, you will also find models in brown, white and transparent.

Include text, images and pictograms

Now it’s time to add a corporate touch to your personalised sticky tape

• Insert your own text by clicking on “Add text”. You can change the font and its colour, size and alignment.
• Upload an image directly from your computer by clicking on “Add image”. It is important that you upload a quality image, vectorised if possible, this will guarantee a better printing result and facilitate the work of the customiser.
• Add pictograms that provide additional information to the logisticians, for example, informing them that the goods should not be stacked, that they are fragile or which side of the box should be kept up or down.
