In our customer testimonials section, we present the interview we conducted with Erik Mayol, Founder and CEO of EurekaKids, at its facilities in Riudellots de la Selva in Girona.

EurekaKids is a company specialising in educational and pedagogical toys for children up to the age of 12. Founded in 2002, it has experienced exponential growth in recent years and currently has an international presence in 40 countries through 200 points of sale.

EurekaKids is present in 3 different channels: retail, both with its own shops and franchises, the online website and distribution in different countries.

The challenges for EurekaKids, a company in a continuous process of internationalisation, are to have a solid and complex logistical structure. It is important for each of the actors involved in this chain to ensure that the distribution to its shops and customers around the world is a success. At RAJA® we are particularly proud to be part of the suppliers that EurekaKids relies on and to respond to its packaging needs.

Logistics is key

The logistics of the EurekaKids chain of toy shops is key, and to this end they have 3 logistics platforms: in Girona, with 10,000m², in China with 3,000m² and another in Chile with 2,000m². From these logistics centres they serve the different continents.

These warehouses supply the different channels with a clear challenge, to be very reactive.
