[ES] Pecomark, a solid and long-lasting relationship [RAJA® Clients].

Trust is an essential aspect of our relationship with our customers and that’s why we meet again in our testimonials section with an old acquaintance: Pecomark. In 2018, we visited their facilities to see how well their integration of packaging stations was going and, five years later, we return to Pecomark to see how this company has grown.

Pecomark has been manufacturing and distributing products for the refrigeration and air conditioning sectors and working with installers and their customers for more than 60 years. It currently has more than 30 branches in Spain, Portugal and France and a workforce of more than 250 employees. This company is constantly innovating, both in terms of products and solutions, in order to continue to add value, which is why some of its latest projects are related to the digitalisation and robotisation of logistics facilities.

On this occasion, Óscar Roca, Operations Director, talks to us in this video about Pecomark’s relationship with RAJA®.

Pecomark and RAJA®, a solid and long-lasting relationship

You are distributors with a large number of references of various sizes, with complex logistics and branches in several cities. What is the place of packaging in your logistics and what are the main characteristics it must satisfy?

The great diversity of sizes and weights in our product portfolio, as we have more than 20,000 catalogue references, requires a wide range of products and solutions that also meet the quality standards required by our customers. Packaging is a fundamental part of our logistics.

Moreover, as a company committed to caring for our planet, we want to achieve this goal with solutions that minimise the impact on natural resources, and what better way to do this than to count on RAJA® to advise us on the development of the best sustainable solutions.

And we are delighted to continue working together. In fact, you have been working continuously with RAJA® since 2017. What do you value most about our current and future relationship?

We really value several aspects of our relationship with RAJA®:

• You are our integral packaging supplier. This makes day-to-day management much easier for us, when we have specific needs for, for example, adhesive tapes, boxes, film… In addition, you do this very quickly thanks to your own fleet of trucks, with which you deliver within 24 hours.
• An important point is that you keep a safety stock on your premises, which allows us to free up space, and you react quickly to any specific need.
• Another aspect that we value highly is that our delegations place their orders through the personalised website that you have prepared for us. Then, we receive them and we simply have to validate them and, in addition, you take care of sending them directly.

Oscar, we were here a few days ago for a training on paper machines, the PadPak^LCTM and the PadPak ^CompactTM. What were you looking for a few years ago with their installation? What experience have you had since then?

Ongoing training for our operators is very important, as it helps us to standardise the process of filling and protecting our boxes.

So I understand that you would recommend RAJA® to other companies.

Yes, of course I would recommend you. For the product, but also for the personal attention and the service. You have become a very solid partner for Pecomark.
