Black Friday packaging: improve the customer experience (3/3)

The trend of taking advantage of e-commerce discounts for Christmas shopping is soaring and brands are working hard to cope with the avalanche of orders to be prepared and dispatched

Facilitate the opening of the packaging

Opening a package is a key moment for the image of your business, wanting to open a package and not being able to open it is very frustrating and it is the first contact your customer has with your product!

According to the Cetelem Observatory 2018, 35% of online shoppers have returned a purchased product.

This same study also notes that returns are still one of the 2 most negative aspects perceived when making online purchases, only 9% have noticed an improvement in the ease of returns.

Make it easier for your customer to return any of the products purchased, if they wish to do so. Contrary to what you may think, making this process easier can help to build customer loyalty and make them more willing to make a subsequent purchase

Round-trip packaging

They are the ideal packaging to facilitate returns, allowing your customer to reuse the packaging in the event of a return, and for you to ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition. This is done thanks to its double adhesive strip, once one is used, tear off the excess along the dotted line and you can use the second adhesive strip to close it.

Round-trip boxes are already one of the most widely used packaging for large e-commerce, especially in fashion, and you also have the option of both kraft round-trip envelopes and opaque plastic envelopes

Make waste management easier with sustainable packaging

Customers are increasingly aware of the environment and sustainability, and reject over-packaging, so opting for EcoResponsible packaging is the best option to improve your brand image and offer a pleasant experience. There are different ways to achieve this:

Reduce packaging
