At this exceptional and difficult time, we feel obliged to report on the current situation of RAJA®: In short, we are still 100% operational, with more details below.
We want to be operational as many of our products are used by pharmacies, medical centres and food companies, and these companies would not be able to provide their services if they did not have adequate protection, which is the main responsibility of our packaging.
However, we have to be careful with our movements to stop the famous Coronavirus (COVID19) infection curve, so we have taken some measures to ensure the safety of our colleagues and customers:
- We have closed our Showroom: We will not attend visitors in our offices in Ripollet.
- We have disabled the Click&Collect option: Our customers will only be able to receive their parcels at home/their offices, they will not be able to come and pick them up at our warehouse.
- All our office colleagues telework from home.
Thanks to the investments in technology that RAJA® has always made, we can guarantee all our services:
- Web sales are still fully operational, you will be able to make your purchase at rajapack.es as you have always done.
- Our Customer Service team is still on the phone at 900 877 025.
- As well as our chat and our email (pedidos@rajapack.es)
- Our Social Networks continue as always, we advise you to follow us on facebook, linkedin and twitter to find out all our news!
- We continue to deliver in 24/48h* throughout mainland Spain.

Dear Customer,
On behalf of all the professionals working in the RAJA Group, and in this exceptional period we are going through, I would like to share with you that all departments have mobilised to ensure the continuity of our commitments and to help you continue your activity, with an absolute priority, that of preserving the health of our professionals and their families.
Protecting our professionals
In order to respond to all your questions, requests for quotations and to process your orders, and at the same time to protect our staff, we have implemented massive teleworking. With regard to the organisation of the logistics of our warehouse in Ripollet (Barcelona), the following measures have been implemented to prepare your parcels (the distance between the packing stations of our preparers has been increased, regular cleaning of equipment, use of gloves and masks, etc.)
Guaranteeing the availability of our products
We are in constant contact with our suppliers in order to continue to guarantee our supply and to be able to offer you a solution at all times, and we have anticipated and secured our supplies as far as possible to limit any disruptions that may occur.
Guaranteeing the continuity of deliveries
We also do our utmost with our transporters to continue to deliver to you in the best possible conditions and in compliance with the hygiene standards recommended by official institutions
