Secrets of the new filling machines

Compact little machines that can do a lot of useful things. New additions to the RAJA range are machines for the production of air fillers, including new foils. Namely the RAJA AIR1 and RAJA AIR2 machines. There is also a representative of Sealed Air, namely the NewAir I.B. machine. Nano. In this article we will take a closer look at them.
What is such a machine good for? It is simple. The machines are able to produce air fillers, which serve both as a filler for empty spaces of boxes or crates and as a protection of goods. Interestingly, 10 rolls of film equals 1 truckload of classic bubble w rap (the type of film for the FILL-AIR Rocket). Thanks to such a machine we can choose the “hardness” of the bubbles, i.e. the inflation of the bubbles depending on the type of product we want to protect.

AIR First

Ideal machine for low bale consumption of approx. 100 bales per day. Thanks to this helper you will pack a little faster. The machine can produce 3.5 m of filling per minute. It is also very compact.

RAJA AIR 1

This machine is used for a daily consumption of roughly 300 bales per day. The machine can produce up to 10 m of filling per minute. The machine also has, among other things, a retractable stabilizer, for large format rolls. Operation is very simple thanks to the digital display.

RAJA AIR 2

The second type is the RAJA AIR2, which is suitable for a daily consumption of about 500 to 1500 bales per day. It is noticeably faster than the previous machine – it produces 20 m of filling per minute. Thanks to the intuitive touchscreen, the machine is very easy to operate.

NewAir I.B. Nano

The machine integrates easily into any packing station. It is suitable for lower consumption of about 100 bales per day. It produces 5 m of filling per minute.

Films from natural raw materials

Nowadays, everyone would like to pack organically and use eco-friendly packaging. An unimaginable thing a few years ago, but now we have a choice. RAJA offers several possible eco-friendly packaging, but also just the foils for machines.
You can choose between polyethylene films, films made from 50% recycled polyethylene or films made from 35% natural raw materials. The natural raw material that is used in the films is potato starch. Among other things, this type of film is also composed of 65% of the biodegradable polymer PBAT.
