[PT] Jyoko: the packaging of a children’s clothing brand

2min read 29/08/2024

A small room full of fabrics, with sewing machines humming away and a young mum with a clear vision: to create textile products that combine practicality and style for little ones. This is how Ángela Sarmiento founded Jyoko eight years ago.

Jyoko is a Spanish brand dedicated to the manufacture and sale of textile products for babies, including covers, mats and accessories for car seats and prams, baby’s first outfits, bags and other products, as well as accessories such as toiletry bags, handbags, maternity bags and travelling bags.

They currently dispatch between 400 and 500 orders every day from their warehouse in Barcelona, and their aim is for each of their customers to receive their products quickly, efficiently, safely and sustainably.

What role does packaging play in Jyoko’s logistics strategy? And which aspects are most important?

Packaging occupies a prominent place, because it’s what allows the product to arrive in optimum condition, making the customer’s satisfaction and experience equally good, whether they’re in Spain or Australia.

Why did you start working with RAJA?

The reasons we started working with RAJA are the extensive catalogue, the speed with which we can send quotes and the speed with which we can send orders. We really like the recycled materials policy, as it’s in line with our brand’s commitment to sustainable production.

What has RAJA contributed to your company and what do you value most about your current and future relationship with us?

RAJA has allowed us to adapt to customer needs and market demand and we greatly value the excellent communication and trust that has been built up over all these years.

Thank you very much Jyoko for trusting us and choosing us as your packaging supplier.
