Sizes and types of bubble envelopes

Bubble foil: reliable, inexpensive and indispensable when packing products that are not very resistant to damage and moisture. Filled with air, it is great at cushioning goods from shocks and therefore acts in a similar way to car airbags.

When preparing small and at the same time delicate products for shipment, such as CDs, jewellery, accessories or even clothing, it is worth reaching for the clever two-in-one solution of the bubble envelope.

Bubble envelope sizes

The dimensions of bubble envelopes are not universal. The size of the packaged goods plays a major role in this case, so there is no need for earrings to be placed in an envelope that can accommodate a T-shirt. For this reason, there is a wide range of bubble envelope sizes on offer, so that everyone can find something to suit their needs.

Envelopes with an inner height of 16 cm will be sufficient to pack a CD or jewellery. Slightly larger ones (21, 26 cm) are perfect for sending books, while those measuring 33 or 36 cm are suitable for packing a blouse or other smaller item of clothing. Envelopes larger than 40 cm (44, 47 cm) are quite large compared to the above-mentioned sizes, so larger items can be packed into them.

Types of bubble envelopes

The most popular envelopes are those made of wrapping paper. This is a robust material, and the robustness of the envelopes (they are precisely welded on the sides) ensures that they will not fall apart during shipment.

The brown colour ensures that small dirt particles, which may appear during transport or storage, are not visible on the parcel, while white envelopes are timeless and more elegant. It is worth adding that the bubble wrap inside the packaging is also enhanced with a sealing barrier.

Depending on the number of shipments to be prepared, you can order a package containing between 50 and even 200 envelopes. Another type is foil envelopes, which are more robust than paper envelopes.

They double as protection against moisture and unforeseen flooding, plus they are lighter. The envelope packs available in our range contain 50 and 100 envelopes of this type. It is important to note that both types of bubble envelopes have a convenient self-sealing closure.

Prices for bubble envelopes

Prices depend on the size of the envelopes and the number of packages ordered. The larger the quantity, the lower the price per envelope. A discount is calculated for orders containing 2 packages (20%) and larger.

For example, a paper envelope with a size of 16 cm (internal height) costs PLN 0.34 when ordering a single parcel, whereas when ordering 8 parcels, the price per envelope drops by 40%, so it is PLN 0.19. Foil envelopes are slightly more expensive, but discounts are also included for larger orders.
