What packaging challenges have you solved with RAJA? How has this influenced the company’s development?

Working with RAJA has brought significant benefits in terms of streamlining the packaging processes and protecting our goods. Thanks to the paper provided by RAJA, we can prepare so-called ‘spines’, which significantly speed up packaging and increase product safety. Safety is a priority for us and this solution definitely helps us to ensure it.

In addition, the machine from RAJA allows us to create ‘snails’ that cushion our products inside the parcels, giving them extra protection during transport. We also use 5-layer cartons, which have exceptional strength and durability, minimising the risk of damage.

To further enhance the protection of our parcels, we use film from RAJA, which we use to create plastic bags to protect individual parcel components. This ensures that our products are protected at every stage of transport.

Cooperation with RAJA also means exchanging modern technology and knowledge. Thanks to this, we have learned new systems for safe and robust packaging, which has allowed us to significantly reduce the number of complaints related to the shipping of our products. This, in turn, has contributed to improved customer satisfaction and further growth of our company.
