RAJA tapes are not only used to wrap ordinary parcels. Warning, masking, reinforced, fencing tape

RAJA offers multi-purpose adhesive tapes that find numerous applications, i.e.: for sealing, securing, marking, fastening, splicing, isolating and masking. They can also be used for identification, grouping different objects and for repair work. All tapes are resistant to temperature changes and adhere very well to all surfaces.

The masking tape is made of paper and backed with rubber adhesive, so it adheres exceptionally well to various surfaces, but at the same time tears off easily. In addition, it does not leave marks or damage. It can be used to cover various objects, including walls during painting and plastering work. It can be written on and is therefore often used to identify the contents of boxes.

Reinforced (insulating) tape is a type of sealing tape that can be used to tape parcels for shipping or boxes for storage. It is stronger and more durable than traditional tape. It is resistant to stretching and temperature changes as well as water and moisture. It adheres perfectly to all surfaces. Adheres well.

Fence (marking) tape is used for marking the boundaries of hazardous areas, busy areas or construction sites. Of course, it is just as often used to cover fragile parcels that require special treatment. By applying such tape to a parcel, the courier knows immediately that the parcel needs to be handled with care.

Banding tape

What is banding? It is the strapping of pallets and parcels to prepare them for shipping, i.e. wrapping with tape. The purpose of this process is to secure and stabilise successive layers of cargo.

Banding requires strapping, clips, protective corners, transport straps, tensioners and strapping tools. There are 2 types of banding tape: polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET). The shop also offers banding tapes in distributor and ready-made banding kits.

PP banding tape is used for product bundling, palletising, banding of shipments and loads for short storage. It can be used manually, as well as in automatic and semi-automatic machines. It is a very strong and flexible strap, which adapts perfectly to objects of different shapes. It is also used for very heavy and bulky loads (even pallets weighing up to 600 kg). It is joined by friction welding or by thermo-welding.

Polyester strapping is used for securing heavy loads and for palletising. Available in 3 variants: standard, standard plus and PET.

Packaging accessories

For the stabilisation and bundling of shipments, not only strapping tape is useful, but also various accessories such as: wire, polypropylene and metal clips for manualbundling, plastic protective corners, cardboard protective angles, strap tighteners, vertical and horizontal strapping straps, transport straps and functional strapping racks and trolleys with compartments for tools and accessories.

Plastic protective corners and angle brackets are used to protect the edges of cartons – they do not deform and the strapping tape does not penetrate. Cardboard corners, on the other hand, help to stabilise stacked boxes.

The PP and PET strapping tool is particularly suitable for strapping cartons, pallets and wooden crates. It is easy to use – it is used to tighten, close and cut the strapping tape. It is lightweight and comfortable to use.
