Flo-pak ecological filler

This filler is not only ecological, but also very durable. It is perfect for filling empty spaces in a parcel, thus protecting its contents. It adapts to the shape of the products to be protected. It does not fall out of the box. It is also strong and can be used to secure heavier items. Most importantly, it is fully biodegradable – it degrades completely when exposed to water and air within 9 to 60 months without producing any toxic substances. It is also suitable for composting. It is made from 100% corn starch. It is light, clean and completely odourless. It has 5 times the anti-static properties of polystyrene chips. Sold in 0.5^m3 bags.

Ecological bubble wrap

Bubble wrap is also an eco-filler for parcels – it is a good filler and protection for products during transport. It absorbs all shocks very well. It can easily be used to wrap items of various shapes. It is made from 50% recycled material. It is 50 microns thick and the bubbles are 10 mm in diameter and 4 mm high. Cardboard separators

Another eco-filler for parcels are cardboard dividers. Their function is to separate, stabilise and protect the products being shipped. Used in layers, they help to arrange the goods properly and make maximum use of the available space. They are made of rigid corrugated cardboard (3 or 5 layers) to keep the load stable. They are sold in packs of 25 or 50.

Creped paper

Creped paper on a roll is also a very useful eco-packaging filler for parcels. It is resilient and flexible, so it provides protection in transit for difficult-to-transport items. It is very strong and will not break under adverse conditions during transport. It is great for protecting pipes, profiles, furniture legs and mechanical parts. It is made of 130 g/m2 paper.
