1. Air models: 10 or 20 metres of material/minute

The Air air filling system is one of the most compact air filling machines on the market, and is suitable for those with small or medium-sized needs. It weighs just between 5.6 – 6.25 kg (depending on model) and can be easily moved. Because the system takes up so little space, it can be used in most places; in the warehouse, in the shop and wherever you want. The capacity depends on the model you choose. The RAJAAIR2 model produces up to 20 metres of air or bubble per minute. If you have smaller needs, you should choose the RAJAAIR1 model instead, which produces a maximum of 10 metres of material per minute.

Among the options in the Air system are extra environmentally friendly airfills in both paper and recycled plastic. Each type of film/paper contains different types of airputer or bubble wrap, so you can choose the right solution for your products. Thanks to perforations in the film/paper, the airputer or bubble wrap is also easy to tear off.

2. New Air IB Flex – 30 metres of material per minute

New Air IB flex is an air purging machine suitable for those with greater needs. This system is efficient and can produce as much as 30 metres of bubble wrap per minute. The compact design means the machine can be easily integrated into any packaging line, and thanks to the high capacity you don’t have to worry about finding storage space for large rolls of bubble wrap. You can simply produce as required.

One roll of film for the New Air machine is equivalent to as many as 6 rolls of standard bubble wrap (1 m x 100 m), and you can choose from as many as 18 different types of film. The New Air machine uses a technology that keeps the air in the bubbles better, which in turn means better protection for your products, no matter how long the delivery. New Air is adaptable, which ensures efficient packaging processes and good use of working time. In short: you’ll get more packages shipped than before.

3. Fill-Air Rocket – 30 metres of material/minute

The Fill-Air Rocket machine is also a good choice for you who pack a larger number of shipments. This machine can also produce up to 30 meters of air bags per minute. That equals up to 9000 bags per hour! With the Fill-Air Rocket you can choose between 6 different bags and foil in 2 different widths. The foil is perforated, which means you can easily tear the bags apart and thus just use the amount of protection you need.

The Fill-Air Rocket is simple to use. Put it on, put the foil on and start producing pouches. The Fill-Air foil creates air pouches that are durable and guarantee stable and lasting protection for your products. This way, customers receive your products in perfect condition, without damage and, not least, without a lot of unnecessary packing material that they have to dispose of afterwards

4. Air First – 3,5 meter material/minute

Our very smallest air blower Air First produces 3.5 metres of air per minute. The model takes up very little space and works well for those who have limited space. Adjust the air filling volume yourself according to your needs with the simple control panel. Choose between 2 different types of plastic film with blower.
