Recently, RAJA’s online store has been revamped with a new design, as well as being faster, more convenient and better optimized for all devices. We’re also introducing new features that our customers are demanding, making it easier to find exactly what you need. Here’s more about 7 new features in RAJA’s online store

1. Award-winning web design

RAJA has more than 65 years of experience in packaging and is headquartered in France. The design of rajapack.no was developed by RAJA’s French web team and was launched in RAJA’s French online store in 2021. After the launch, RAJA won an award in the prestigious E-commerce Trophies competition, in the category of best web design.

2. Better mobile site

RAJA’s new web design is responsive, which means we’ve worked to improve the user experience for all devices – PC, tablet and mobile. The result is a better, faster and more optimised website, whatever your preferred device.

3. Easier to explore the product range

Explore RAJA’s wide range of products quickly and easily through our new expandable menu on the left side of the website. Or use the search box at the top to find the right product.

4. Show the best price directly in your shopping basket

When shopping at RAJA you often benefit from ordering larger volumes, and the price savings per unit are already shown in the table on the product page. Now you can also see and use this price savings directly in your shopping cart by clicking on the link “Buy more, save more” that pops up under the product.

5. One customer account for your entire purchasing team

Do you have several people in your company who handle purchases of packaging, office supplies and warehouse equipment? You can now invite your colleagues to your RAJA account and define their roles: administrator, approver or purchaser. As administrator, you have full control over all your orders with RAJA, and you also have the option to set bid limits for purchasers so that orders above a certain limit require approval to be confirmed.

6. Quick order with file relief

Do you already know which reference you need? You can already add a reference directly to your shopping cart by entering the item number. New: you can now also add references to your shopping cart via file upload. This makes it easier if you have a large list of different references you want to order.

How to do it:

• Create a new excel document
• Enter your RAJA references in column A.
• Enter the desired quantity (in numerical values) in column B
• Save as CSV file (comma separated)
• Upload the file on RAJA’s website here: Quick order
• Check your list and add it to your shopping cart, now you can complete your order!

Tip: Did you know that it is easy to cancel a previous order? Log in to rajapack.no on your account, find the order in your order history and simply add the order to your shopping cart again

7. Turn your shopping basket into an offer

Need internal approval for your order? In the last step of the ordering process on rajapack.no you can download a summary of your shopping cart. The prices you see in this summary are guaranteed for 30 days from the date the file was created. This gives you plenty of time to get approval and be able to place your order.

Tip: save time by storing the items you are interested in in a shopping list. The shopping list is stored in your account and you can easily download the list as a pdf, send the list by e-mail to a colleague or put the list in your shopping basket.
