RAJA celebrates Women’s Day!

Congratulations on Women’s Day!
RAJA is celebrating International Women’s Day all week, and we want to share a bit about why we’re doing this.
We’ve had our own foundation, RAJA-Danièle Marcovici Foundation, since 2006. The foundation is located under the Fondation de France, and works with and for women in 4 main areas:
1. Combating violence against women and young people2
. Education and leadership of women3.
Labour market policies and economic rights4

RAJA Women & Environment Campaign

Through the Women & Environment campaign RAJA contributes funds to the foundation. This is how it works

1. The RAJA Foundation has chosen 6 different projects to support in 2022
2. Together with our suppliers, RAJA has selected 10 environmentally friendly products to finance this.
3. Every time our customers buy one of these campaign products, DKK 10 is donated to the foundation, which spends the money on the 6 projects.

Since its inception, the Women & Environment programme has raised around €2.5 million and 70 projects have been funded to benefit women and children
