[NB] Meet some of RAJA’s customers

. DRAJA has many satisfied customers, and here you will meet two of them: DSV, by Sales Director Alexander Kaasa, and Pon Equipment, by Warehouse Admin Manager Mats-Erik Ramstad. In this article, they share their positive experiences with the collaboration.

DSV

DSV is a global company that offers a wide range of transport and logistics services. In Norway, the company is represented by 9 offices across the country, offering road, air and sea freight as well as warehousing and logistics services.

Sales Director Alexander Kaasa has this to say about the collaboration with RAJA:

“The collaboration between RAJA and DSV started in the autumn of 2020, when we conducted a tender process to find a new packaging supplier. RAJA stood out in the process, and we signed an agreement in November 2020. What made us choose RAJA was that we experienced a unique interest in understanding our store. They make us better by constantly pushing us, and through the questions they ask us. This makes us think critically about our processes. This is what made us choose RAJA, in addition to competitive prices.

After three years, it is gratifying to see that the collaboration has developed, and one of the reasons is good dialogue between the right people at both DSV and RAJA. Another important factor is good web tools. RAJA’s online solutions provide a good overview that we benefit from.

Caterpillar as a brand is a premium product, so those who choose to shop with us choose the top shelf. This places high expectations on our deliveries, and that we don’t just deliver a product, but the entire network around it. We are a supplier of construction machinery and marine engines, but when we sell, we sell ourselves as a company. Everyone is equally important: our employees, our customers and all our partners.

We find that RAJA has a good network around it, so when we have an idea, RAJA is very quick to use its network to fulfil our wishes. We have an open dialogue so that we can spar along the way. Then we get good input, feedback and a proposed solution that we test and see if it works. Some proposals are shelved, but what I really like about the collaboration is that we discuss what works for us. We also get competitive prices.

We order via the website, we used to order by phone, but we are very pleased that we have switched to the web. The team leaders in the warehouse can place orders, and then the orders are approved by me. RAJA’s web solution is very practical and user-friendly. At the same time, I also appreciate that we can have the dialogue outside. 99% of the orders we place directly on the web, but if there is something urgent, we pick up the phone and RAJA always takes care of it.”
