Rolleri spa makes products travel safely, even where roads become paths.

Rolleri spa, a leading manufacturer of press brake tools, has been on the market since 1987.

One of its strengths is its widespread presence in numerous foreign markets, which began back in 2002 with the opening of its first branch in Germany, followed by others in Brazil, India, the United States and Ukraine.

  • You produce highly specialised tools, what packaging do you use for their protection?

Until recently, we did not use packaging to protect individual small tools, but special logistical situations prompted us to do so.

For example, in India, communication routes are sometimes paths rather than roads.

We wanted to preserve the product, to make it arrive in the best conditions, to safeguard our image as a leader.

For now, we have had customised cardboard boxes made for you, in the future perhaps we will also have them customised with our logo.

  • Why did you choose Rajapack? What service was decisive?

Rajapack was already our supplier for various types of packaging (boxes, cardboard profiles, foam sheets, bubble wrap).

For this reason, we approached you and others for the production of customised boxes.

We chose you because we perceived the presence of a structure with reference points, the possibility of getting answers and samples in the expected time, very quickly.

  • Have Rajapack products in any way improved the service you offer your customers?

Some of our high-end competitors were already using this type of packaging.

We are satisfied because shipping is safer and we are better positioned in terms of image.

The customised boxes you provided us with are aesthetically pleasing, no doubt our products look better.

When choosing the box, we were able to choose the colour, thickness, type of closure, type of cardboard…

  • Have you found the possibility of benefiting from ad hoc prices, extra catalogue discounts reserved for you, interesting?

Until recently, we only purchased occasionally.

Now, with the start of this customised production, our packaging consumption has become important and we have indeed benefited from ad hoc pricing for this production.

  • Are your warehouse workers satisfied with Rajapack packaging or was the choice imposed at management level?

It was a shared choice.

They were the ones who tested and selected the various samples received.

They clearly perceived the advantages of the new packaging.

  • How do you rate the service provided by your sales staff? Can anything be improved?

The service offered is very good.

In addition to providing us with quotations and samples within a very tight timeframe, you have also carried out production in record time to enable us to meet our shipping deadlines.

We are extremely satisfied.
