RAJA Italy is looking for a Sales Advisor – Contact Centre for the Sales Team to accompany customers in discovering the solutions that best meet their needs.


The Sales Advisor – Contact Centre Raja:
- Taking charge of customers, identifying their needs, guiding them to discover the solutions best suited to their requirements in a “multi-channel” communication logic
- Knowledge and promotion of customisation, delivery and stock services
- Increasing the value of orders and developing the portfolio of active customers assigned with up and cross selling techniques using current promotions, signalling to colleagues in other Raja Sales Teams customers with significant growth potential according to shared market segmentation logic
- Intercepting new potential customers
- Evaluating customer satisfaction throughout the Raja Journey, drafting timely and accurate documentation to support sales actions, feeding the relevant IT systems, processing each request received

- Training in line with the role
- Knowledge of sales logic and techniques
- Even brief experience in the role
The Sales Advisor Raja knows:

The candidate, in line with the company’s needs, will have access to an internship in the form of a 3-month formula that can be extended for a further 3 months with the possibility of stabilisation.
