RAJA Italy is looking for a General Accounting Manager to be included in the Finance Team who willindependently take charge of the activities related to thestatutory financial statements and oversee the liabilitycycle .

The Chief Accountant Raja:

• Processing and preparation of documentation required for the purpose of closing the Annual Accounts (pre-tax and post-tax);
• Activities related to the monthly closing of accounts;
• Compliance with tax obligations and periodic VAT settlements;
• Definition, review and control of accounting and tax procedures.
• Application and control of policies agreed with the parent company (Internal Auditing);
• Management of relations with auditors and tax consultants;
• Supervision of the team dedicated to the registration of invoices for the purchase of goods and services in Italy and abroad.
• Diploma in Accounting and/or Degree in Economics.
• At least 4 years’ experience in the role, gained in medium to large-sized companies.

The Chief Accountant Raja knows:

• The management of passive invoicing, coordinating and managing a team of resources;
• Notions of accounting and Internal Audit, and makes them operational on a day-to-day basis;
• The English and/or French language

The Chief Accountant Raja:

• Has good problem solving skills;
• Is autonomous in the management of his activities;
• Is team-oriented and has good resource management skills.

Grading and economic positioning will be defined in relation to the skills expressed.
