RAJA Italy is looking for an Inside Sales Developer who, in synergy with the Sales Representative and the Team Sales Consultant, will be responsible for analysing, researching and developing new customers with the aim of increasing the quantity and quality of the portfolio in the region.
The Inside Sales Developer RAJA is responsible for:
- Interviewing and analysing customer portfolios in the assigned territory in order to identify their potential.
- Qualifying prospect contacts through telephone contacts to identify their potential and needs.
- Research and develop contacts with realities in line with the company’s acquisition strategy through collaboration with the Marketing team, social selling tools and participation in trade fairs.
- Assess and qualify New Customers (from the Web, etc.).
- Share the analyses performed and contacts developed with Team Sales Representatives to identify responsibilities for taking on the Customer and subsequent operational steps.
- Using Salesforce to track the development of the relationship with the customer: entering contacts, opportunities and current offers
- Drafting offers in close cooperation with the Team Sales Representative.
- Training in line with the role.
- Sales training for knowledge of sales logic and techniques appreciated
- Experience, even brief, in the role or in roles related to direct contact with the customer network with the aim of analysing and developing portfolios
