RAJA Italia, is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Finance Team to take over the accounts payable cycle with increasing autonomy.
L’ Accounting clerk | Liabilities cycle RAJA is responsible for
- Recording purchase invoices for goods and services (Italy and abroad);
- Managing and filing transport documents;
- Controlling of suppliers’ schedules;
- Management of supplier accounts (invoice connection, credit notes, payments and refunds);
- Support for the annual closing of the Financial Statements;
- Support for Internal Auditing activities.
- Accounting Diploma and/or Degree in Economics or equivalent;
- At least 2/3 years’ experience in the role in medium-sized companies and/or professional firms;
- Resident in the province of Piacenza or neighbouring areas.
Accounting Officer | Passive Cycle RAJA:
- Has an excellent knowledge of the Office package;
- Has an excellent knowledge of General Accounting notions;
- Has a good knowledge of VAT regulations;
- Has a good knowledge of English and/or French;
- Is predisposed to working in a team;
- Has good problem solving skills;
- Is proactive and precise.
