RAJA Italy is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for the Customer Marketing Team to manage and coordinate marketing and communication projects.


Marketing activities:
- Cross-functional alignment of customer-facing sales promotions and their operation
- Management and monitoring of customer experience projects
- Planning, monitoring and organisation of projects related to trade fairs and events tailored to specific customer needs
- Planning and implementation of competitions and prize operations for customers
- Purchasing and monitoring stock of gadgets, gift cards and tickets for customers
- Monitoring of projects that contribute to the achievement of specific objectives according to OKR methodology
- Monitoring of GDPR guidelines and implementation of control processes towards customers and suppliers Marketing
- Monitoring of costs against the allocated budget
- Contact and negotiation with external marketing suppliers
Activities in the area of Communication:
- Coordination between internal and external communication
- Planning of business cases and organisation of material for the creation of new content
- Coordination with the CSR function for community and certification projects
- Creating content and presentations for meetings
- Advancement of CSR objectives from a marketing perspective

- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing and Project Management
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
