RAJA Italia is looking for a Key Account Manager Triveneto to manage and develop the assigned customer portfolio and identify new business opportunities within his area of competence.
The RAJAKey Account Manager is responsible for:
- Analysing the assigned customer portfolio in order to identify potential and establish an action plan and target for each customer
- Research and develop contacts with realities in line with the company’s acquisition strategy through collaboration with the Marketing team, social selling tools and participation in trade fairs
- Promote and develop strategic solutions from customer requirements related to RAJA’s offering: customised packaging, machines and systems, procurement solutions and tailor-made services.
- Using Salesforce to track the development of the customer relationship: entering contacts, registrations and visits, opportunities and current offers
- Drafting offers in close cooperation with the Team Sales Representative
- Working in close synergy with the assigned internal Business Developer and Sales Consultant to draft offers and handle enquiries with the customer.
- Training in line with the role
- Sales-related training for knowledge of sales logic and techniques appreciated
- Experience, even brief, in the role or in roles related to direct contact with the customer network with the objectives of portfolio analysis and development
- Role responsibilities
