[IT] RAJA Italia is looking for a Key Account Manager | Campania – Puglia – Sicily

RAJA Italia, the Italian unit of the French multinational group Raja, leader in the distribution of the Packaging and Office sectors, is looking for a Key Account | Campania/Puglia/Sicily for its Sales Team to manage and develop the assigned portfolio of customers and identify new business opportunities within its area of competence.

The Key Account RAJA Campania/Puglia/Sicily deals with:

Analysing the assigned customer portfolio in order to identify potential and establish an action plan and target for each customer.
Qualifying prospect contacts through telephone contacts and visits to identify their potential and needs.
Research and develop contacts with entities in line with the company’s acquisition strategy through collaboration with the Marketing team, social selling tools and participation in trade fairs.
Promote and develop strategic solutions from customer requirements related to RAJA’s entire offering: customised packaging, machines and systems, procurement solutions and tailor-made services.
Use Salesforce to keep track of the development of the Customer relationship: entering contacts, recording visits, opportunities and current offers.
Work in close cooperation with the assigned internal Sales Consultant to draft offers and handle customer enquiries.

Training in line with the role
Knowledge of sales logic and techniques
Several years’ experience (3/5 years) in the role of Key Account Manager

The Key Account RAJA Campania/Puglia/Sicily:

Has an excellent knowledge of the office package (especially Excel);
Has good knowledge of business management (Navision, Salesforce, power BI)
Has excellent negotiation skills
Has a good knowledge of English and/or French

We offer fixed and variable remuneration based on the objectives achieved. The economic position and type of contract will be in line with the skills expressed.
