How does RAJA return work?

1. Fill in the return form: from the Return Form you can start the process quickly and easily.
2. Receive confirmation by e-mail: after filling out the form, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your request has been taken care of. You will be contacted by our after-sales team, which will provide you with the details for handling the return.
3. Prepare the products for collection: pack the products properly. Remember that the products must be returned in the same quantity, complete with all accessories, unused or damaged. Before handing the goods over to the courier, apply the label that will be sent to you by RAJA.
4. Free pick-up: we will organise the pick-up, which will be completely at our charge . Within approximately 48-72 hours after acceptance of the file, a courier will collect the goods you have prepared.
5. Fast refund: once the return process is completed, you will be reimbursed within 14 days after the return of the material to our warehouse or after the closing of the file by the after-sales team.
