  • To avoid tipping, stick thelabel with the shipping address on the side you want to remain on top.
  • Lock the flowers or plants inside the boxes, so they will be protected even if a courier ignores the placement directions.
  • You can create several shelves inside the outer boxes with cardboard interlayers or corrugated cardboard.

  • Do not water the flowers before departure and cover the soil with paper or polythene sheets.
  • Consider whether the plants will face extreme temperatures during shipment or after delivery to the recipient’s address.
  • Ensure that your shipments comply with the regulations of the destination countries regarding the transport of plants and flowers.
  • For floral arrangements, secure individual flowers so that they do not get damaged with wire ties or ties:
Sigilli autobloccanti, fascette bloccanti, legacci
Self-locking seals
  • If you are shipping a fragile vase, wrap it in bubble wrap/ bubble wrap and make sure it is separated from the flowers and that it does not contain water that can spill during transport.
  • Since you cannot water the plants and sprouts before transport, dry soil will tend to separate from the holding trays. To avoid large shifts, you can secure the plants to the trays with stretch film that allows transpiration.
