- How did the relationship with Rajapack begin?
The relationship started because of the proximity to your location. Our Castel San Giovanni warehouse is located within the same logistics hub as Rajapack. We have been using you for all specific packaging requests since 2006.
In a short time you provided us with what we needed, even using forklifts that moved in real time through the yards between our sheds.
This has led to a reduction in transport costs. Lately, Rajapack has also been serving two other important Geodis Logistics warehouses, one located in Arquà Polesine and one in Copiano.
- Which service do you consider most important?
Flexibility is certainly one of your strengths: having 4000 packages in stock is important.
- Are you satisfied with the quality of the packaging?
Fully, otherwise we would have already turned to others. We buy strapping for packaging, envelopes for documents, shipping envelopes, labels, plastic bags, bubble films, we were also satisfied with the customisation of some envelopes that you made ad hoc for one of our customers.
