The authoritative Ekomi, the online review site, awards it a 4.8 rating out of a maximum 5 points. It recently won the SMAU 2014 ICT Innovation Award in the e-commerce and digital business category and became an official member of Netcomm, the Italian e-commerce consortium.
- Were the packaging solutions proposed by our sales staff helpful? How have they improved your shipments?
Rajapack’s experience in the commercial sector has enabled us to find convenient and secure solutions for our products, thus reducing the rate of returns.
- Have you accepted our proposal to customise adhesive tapes: what benefits do you expect from this solution?
We certainly expect a very good return in terms of image, which as we know is a strategic asset for a self-respecting company.
- Has the use of INKA pallets improved your storage and shipping conditions?
It has certainly been the most effective product in terms of returns, it has become indispensable for our shipments. Moreover, it is easily stackable, allowing us to save warehouse space. Last but not least, it is great because it is part of our eco-friendly policy, being made from recycled material.

The advice and solutions you offer to customers who need to optimise their packaging systems and the more than wide choice of products always available.
