We are convinced that companies must also take responsibility for their immediate environment and thus build a bridge between business and society. That is why we support local associations and events with donations in kind and money. A fixed component of the beneficiaries is the Ettlinger Frauen- und Familientreff e.V., effeff for short. This was founded in 1995 and is an open meeting centre, designed and managed by women.

RAJA has been supporting the association for four years now with regular financial donations, thus making it possible to expand the range of language courses for migrant women. Another fixed component of the commitment is the "Mobility Week", in which RAJA employees have the opportunity to "walk" with pedometers to raise money for a charitable project.
