Nails2000 relies on personalised boxes

Nails2000 is an innovative nail design company with training centres throughout Germany and partners in many European countries. Founded in 1993, Nails2000 now has over 20 years of experience in the development, production and distribution of high-quality nail cosmetics for artificial fingernails. Another focus of the company is professional and practical nail design education and training for the creation of various nail shapes and nail art techniques. In the field of nail design, Nails2000 has become one of the leading companies. Awarded the DIN ISO 9001 certificate, the company is a training provider recognised by the employment agencies.
Nails2000 also manufactures special UV gels in its own production. Initially, the company sold its products directly. Since the end of the 90s, the company has operated an online shop in which accessories such as brushes, files, liquids and special equipment are also offered. With the launch of the online shop, the cooperation with RAJA also began.
International distribution is carried out with packaging material from RAJA. Here, Nails2000 especially appreciates the versatility of the range as well as the personal support from the field service, which Daniela Springmann, team leader in logistics and shipping, emphasises: “We have one supplier for everything we need, we don’t buy adhesive tape from company A and cardboard boxes from company B, we have one supplier for the complete packaging material who is very reliable. Then it is a great advantage for us that we have personal support, that the sales force also comes by when there are product innovations, otherwise we would still be standing at the 1999 level.

Personalised packaging for an appealing product presentation
Nails2000’s online shop has grown steadily. For online shipping, Daniela Springmann, team leader in logistics and shipping, also sees the biggest trend in recent years in personalised packaging. That’s why Nails2000 also uses personalised white boxes for shipping and has boxes printed with the company logo. The PVC adhesive tape used to seal the boxes is also printed with the Nails2000 logo, because the customer should be able to see who the package comes from as soon as they receive the goods.

The package is thus the customer’s first point of contact with the brand. In keeping with their field of activity, Nails2000 decided on white cardboard boxes: “The white cardboard boxes are an ideal match for the cosmetics sector, because the products are aesthetic and so the packaging should also look accordingly. We are in the upper price segment with our products and this must also be reflected in the packaging. The printed white boxes with the printed adhesive tape look appealing and high quality, that’s what makes a difference.”
