Every company is happy about positive customer reviews – RAJA too, of course! Therefore, we are very proud that we receive many of these positive feedbacks from our customers. At the same time, it spurs us on to always do our best for our customers and to find individual solutions together. Because our service concept and our associated quality expectations are firmly anchored in our corporate values: passion for the customer is the first principle of our corporate culture and therefore the central theme of our new corporate video. Representing our large RAJA team, Ms Gauland answers questions about quality and service today.
Who is the person answering our questions? Please introduce yourself briefly...
My name is Christina Gauland, I have been working for RAJA for 13 years. Since I started in the company, I have been working in customer service and am now manager of the Customer Service Centre. We are in direct and personal contact with our customers every day. Having the right solution ready for every enquiry motivates me and my team every day anew.
What quality expectations does RAJA have of itself as a company?
We have set ourselves the goal of being and remaining the number one in the field of packaging and shipping for our customers. As a partner and specialist in this field, we are available to our customers around the clock and want to put a smile on our customers’ faces with every contact. This is backed up by our high level of expertise, with which we are always on hand to offer advice and assistance, and we are also happy to drop by on site for a personal consultation. We want to provide our customers with an all-round carefree package in the truest sense of the word. This of course includes a large selection of products, fast and customised delivery and shipment tracking, as well as an uncomplicated return process and secure payment methods.

How can RAJA live up to these self-imposed goals?
Customer satisfaction is the focus of the entire company: all our goals and ideas are geared towards providing our customers with excellent service. In order to achieve this, we are constantly expanding our know-how and adapting it to the ever-changing customer requirements. In addition, we place the highest value on competence and individuality in communication with our customers at all points of contact: Whether by phone, email, catalogue, webshop, blog or chat, we focus on personal advice across all channels. This can only be achieved with a welded-in team, because satisfied employees mean satisfied customers. Supplemented by continuous training and further education, we qualify our team and increase the expertise of each individual.

Tell us the idea behind the new video.
Our aim is to guarantee our customers complete satisfaction while meeting the high standards we set ourselves. We work every day to offer our customers the perfect service. Personal and individual care is always in the foreground. This only works through the appropriate teamwork: We work closely and across departments. This gives us fast reaction times and enables us to master our many projects for our customers in addition to our day-to-day business. With us, everything meshes. We wanted to make this clear in moving pictures in our new video and illustrate the RAJA service concept, which we live every day, to our customers – a look behind the scenes, so to speak.

Ein kurzer Ausblick - was sind die weiteren Visionen?
In order to be able to offer our customers innovative services, products and new communication media, we are constantly developing: we are constantly opening up new fields of activity, expanding the geographical coverage of the company and taking on new products, new formats and concepts. From this we develop new services and thus tools for client communication. We regularly provide information about our innovations, new products and promotions in our newsletter or here on our blog Verpackungsnews.
