What is Filmeuse+ Simplified Financial Aid for SMEs? | RAJA

3min read 07/04/2021

36,926 new MSDs compensated, 8.4 million working days lost, 787 million euros in costs covered by company contributions: a terrible record! …especially for small structures where each individual counts. Financial aid valid until 31 December 2018 to reduce MSDs in the warehouse exists. What does it consist of?

What are the conditions of the Filmeuse+ aid for VSEs/SMEs?

Mechanising palletising means reducing the number one source of sick leave in the warehouse!

  1. The Filmeuse+ simplified financial aid (or AFS) is a financial aid for the purchase of a wrapping machine
  2. The Filmeuse+ aid amounts to 50% of the investment amount!
  3. The AFS Filmeuse+ is limited to €25,000 excluding tax
  4. The Filmeuse+ aid is dedicated to VSEs/SMEs, companies with less than 50 employees.
  5. The aid applies to turntable filming machines and rotating arm filming machines – robotic wrapping machines are excluded.

example: a company with 35 employees purchasing a manual brake turntable wrapping machine will receive €1797 in aid! The Filmeuse+ aid will amount to €9497 for a programmable industrial wrapping machine with a rotating arm, gripper, cutter and welder!

In addition to the aid for the purchase of the wrapping machine

, companies can benefit from an option

  • a study of the workstation;
  • supply and exit conveyors for the wrapping line.

these two options are cumulative and subject to having purchased the main equipment

  1. In order to benefit from this, you must: purchase equipment that complies with French and European manufacturing standards and is equipped with safety devices to avoid any risk of being pinched by the rollers [which is obviously the case for all the solutions offered by RAJA]
  2. To have planned equipment to secure the work area, allowing to keep the man away from the machine (access ramps, enclosures, protection grids, body guards, light curtains, remote control panels, scanners, etc.) See our barriers, studs and signs for warehouses in order to secure the area efficiently without breaking the bank.

a Simplified Financial Aid to combat MSDs in the warehouse

MSDs, first cause of absenteeism in the warehouse: absenteeism due to MSDs is clearly on the rise in the trade and distribution sector.

Musculoskeletal disorders are the first cause of recognised occupational illnesses and their number is constantly increasing. They represent 80% of occupational illnesses for active workers in the general scheme (source: Ministry of Labour, 2015).

Manual palletising, first cause of MSDs in the warehouse

Manual palletwrapping has been recognised as one of the first sources of MSDs among order-pickers and other multi-skilled warehouse handlers

Going further: key steps to reduce MSDs

Prevention is still a poorly considered issue. Actions to prevent absenteeism also remain clearly insufficient.

According to the OpionWay-Réhalto study, less than one company in two deploys actions to prevent musculoskeletal disorders. (Les Echos, 10/06/2016)

How to combat MSDs more globally in your company – whatever its size

Namely: health insurance funds have created the TMSPro site which helps you launch an approach in your company.

Key steps to reduce MSDs in your company
