Selon l’INRS, les Troubles Musculo-Squelettiques (TMS) représentent la première cause de maladie professionnelle en France (87%) ! Certaines activités dépassent très largement la moyenne nationale : la logistique en fait partie. ces maladies musculo-squelettiques peuvent provenir de plusieurs sources d’activité professionnelle. Si les facteurs biomécaniques (comme la répétitivité de certains gestes, la manutention manuelle, le travail en posture statique, les vibrations, ou les efforts musculaires excessifs) en sont souvent la source majeure, les facteurs psychosociaux et liés à l’organisation du travail dans l’entrepôt sont aussi à prendre en compte.

Pour assurer la santé et sécurité au travail de vos employés, il vous faut mettre en place un processus d’évaluation des risques, mais également entrer dans une démarche de prévention des troubles.

Et pour ce faire, vous n’êtes pas seul : des aides existent, pour financer cette prévention des risques musculo-squelettiques.

TMS Pros Diagnosis: a condition for obtaining other aid and preventing MSDs in the long term

the TMS Pros Diagnostic aid will enable you to draw up the prevention action plan to be submitted to your fund in order to release the TMS Pros Action aid of up to €25,000. The TMS Pros Diagnostic aid enables you to receive a grant for

• train an internal person who will be your reference person in order to prevent MSDs in the long term and significantly reduce work stoppages linked to MSDs

or

• call on a certified ergonomics consultancy to audit the warehouse and draw up an action plan to prevent musculoskeletal disorders, including the purchase of equipment. This action plan is an essential step for the future.

3. Ask for a quote for the service(s) (diagnosis, drafting of an action plan and/or training of an employee).

2. Integrate the MSD prevention action plan carried out by a previously trained employee or by a certified ergonomics consultancy.
3. List the eligible equipment for the implementation of your plan. Check with a RAJA advisor the characteristics of the chosen equipment. Ask a RAJA expert for a quote of the complete list of eligible TMS Pros Action equipment.
4. Send your regional fund (CARSAT, CRAMIF…) the reservation form

IV. prevention contract

as the name suggests, the contract is an agreement between the fund and the company. The aim is to reduce musculoskeletal disorders in the company. This contract allows you to receive a subsidy for..

• Train an internal resource person who will be able to implement an MSD prevention action plan.
• Call upon a certified organisation capable of carrying out a diagnosis and proposing an action plan to prevent MSDs.
• Purchasing logistical materials and equipment to reduce the intensity of effort and repetitive tasks.

your approach:This is a tailor-made approach that requires a direct exchange with the prevention department of your regional fund. Once the first contact has been established, don’t waste any time! Quickly launch the study that will lead to the drafting of your action plan. Like the TMS Pros Action aid, your argued action plan will be required to validate your request for a subsidy for the purchase of equipment.
