#RAJA customers: Lilian Bosetti, Head of Operations at UberEats Italy | RAJA

UberEats, a global player in home meal delivery, is primarily present through its mobile application. To anchor the brand in its customers’ homes, UberEats selected the RAJA Group to create its customised bags.

The UberEats bag is the brand’s physical ambassador to its end customers but also to its restaurant partners who must find it convenient and easy to use in order to adopt it massively.

UberEats also faced a major logistical challenge

It was necessary to find a partner capable not only of producing the bag at an acceptable cost but also of distributing it in limited quantities to all its restaurant partners in France and Italy. The challenge was met!
