After 20 years as an employee, Denis Goldrajch trusted his flair and started his own business

Hello, Mr Goldrajch, thank you for inviting us into your company. Could you please introduce yourself?
Hello, my name is Denis Goldrajch, I am the Managing Director of E-LIQUIDE-EN. I define the global strategy of the company and supervise its execution.

Can you explain the activity and history of E-liquide in a few words?
E-liquide is a pure player in the field of electronic cigarettes created in 2008, partly under franchise, partly under brand license. Today we have 15 employees and our distribution area covers all of France.

How did you come to manage E-Liquide?
I have worked as a salesman for more than 20 years in various fields.

“At the beginning, we shipped 3200 parcels in the first year, all from my home, with a storage space of 20 m² and only one person to manage the whole activity. Today, it is about 500 parcels that leave our 800 m² warehouses every day, thanks to the efforts of a logistics team of 6 people

During the development of E-liquid, how did you choose your logistics partners?
It is essential for us that our customers receive their parcels in the best possible conditions in terms of delivery times, packaging quality and product protection.

What made you decide to work with RAJA?
Working with Raja seemed obvious to us because of their customer satisfaction specifications, which are very similar to ours, and also because of the quality of service and support they provide on a daily basis in the development of our packaging tools.

The e-cigarette market is increasingly competitive, how do you distinguish yourself from the competition?
Unfortunately I can’t answer your question, there are many developments underway and this must remain confidential. E-commerce is constantly evolving and extremely fast, so we must always stay one step ahead of our competitors.

I pride myself on staying the course since the creation.
