Thinking of optimising your packaging budget?
With a variable box you no longer need to buy many different formats and you save space in the warehouse at the same time. If you ship products in many different sizes, you’ve probably noticed how many different sizes of boxes you need and you easily end up over-packing and using too much package fill when the box doesn’t quite fit.

Adjustable boxes and telescopic boxes – the different variants:
Adjustable crates, i.e. crates where the height can be varied by means of bend lines and adjustment at the sides, are available in various designs. They are available with an automatic bottom which is quick to assemble and with adhesive closure, both of which can save you time in the packing process. They are also available with strip opening which can improve the customer experience. But a plain folding box with variable height can also help optimise and save you space in the warehouse.

Telescopic crates are another variant of an adjustable crate. A Telescopic box is a strong box with lid and bottom, it requires several assembly skills, but is ideal for e.g. “stackable goods” and if there must be the possibility of filling e.g. printed matter. It is extra dimensionally stable as the box is made of several layers of cardboard after assembly and is kept closed with straps.
