February 14 is Valentine’s Day – a day dedicated to loving greetings, flowers and small gifts for your special someone. For shops and webshops, this means time for creativity and romantic gift wrapping.

Give your gift wrapping an extra touch and show your customers a personal and creative angle on your gift wrapping up to this day – remind them that it’s about to be Valentine’s Day. The time you dedicate to a beautiful and presentable wrapping will give +points in your customers’ memory and possible additional sales.

In this post, we’ve created 2 great ideas for an easy and romantic gift wrap that you can quickly get up and running – plus you can buy the look in our webshop, easily and simply.

This look is smart and gives the gift a twist in terms of. a regular square wrapping. The look can be easily wrapped in store or if your customers want gift wrapping via the webshop.

This wrapping is a technique that can be quickly learned, simplified and executed to perfection. Make sure you have uniform boxes/boxes for the soft and silly shapes – then you can create the look almost every time, we have used our post boxes which come in a multitude of sizes. Below you’ll find all the products used for gift wrapping:

1: Mailbox: These boxes are practical for mailings and come in many different sizes. They are easy to assemble and are good for many small products in one, such as perfumes and cosmetics. You can also use them for underwear wrapped in tissue paper – there are many possibilities.

2: Plain gift wrap: This gift wrap is made from kraft paper and is a sturdy form of gift wrapping. It comes in a variety of colours and is ideal where many gifts are wrapped, such as in retail. In this case we have used plain brown.

3: Tissue paper: Tissue paper is ideal for creating a nice finish. It can be used in many ways and our tissue paper is both acid and chlorine free and does not stain. For this wrapping we have chosen ivory.

4: Transparent sealing labels: When I was conjuring up these two creative looks, I became aware of how clever this type of sealing label is. They’re lovely and neutral, and much nicer than a plain tape – so they were perfect for a more upmarket look.

5: Jute ribbon in natural: Jute tape gives a lovely raw and modern look and is easy to apply. Our jute ribbon also comes in red in this case we used a natural brown.

5: Accessories: cards, flowers and miscellaneous.

(FIF!: When it comes to accessories, the only limit is your creativity. If you use flowers, it’s a good idea to use dried flowers if the gift is not to be given immediately.)

The next look is also one you can easily wrap in store or if your customers want gift wrapping via the web shop. Again, make sure you have uniform boxes/boxes for the silly shapes. In the video we used fresh flowers, but when the gift is not to be delivered immediately, dried flowers as mentioned before are a better bet. 2: Plain gift wrap: This gift wrap is made from kraft paper and is the same as above just in a different colour. The paper is available in a number of different colours and is ideal where many gifts are wrapped, such as in the retail trade. In this case the colour “copper” is used. The colour is not quite copper, but rather a little purple – it gives a very elegant look together with the tissue paper.

3: Tissue paper: Again, tissue paper in the colour “Ivory” has been used. As described before, tissue paper is ideal for creating a nice finish. It can be used in many ways and yes, our tissue paper is both acid and chlorine free and does not stain.

4: Transparent sealing labels: These labels are just super chic. They’re nice and neutral and nicer than a regular tape – so they were a perfect choice for this.

5: Jute ribbon in natural: We have a nice big roll of jute tape which creates this natural look, simple and easy.

5: Accessories: Flowers (but please use dried as mentioned before).
